Love the cover for The Little White Christmas Lie, Kristy!

I’m giving a shout out today to the first book in my Lost Colony Series, BREAKING TIES
    Sweet and classy historical romance!

    It has a somber beginning…
“Sometimes murder isn’t as messy, up-close, and personal as many people imagine it to be. Sometimes it is distant and impersonal — as simple as crossing a line through a name on a sheet of paper. Or one hundred and fifteen names in our case.” — Rose Payne, the ship’s clerk

Enjoy! Wishing all of our readers a very Merry Christmas and happy holidays to those who celebrate other holidays. 🙂

  14. Thank you for your generosity! My first book is titled I.O.U. SEX.

Best friends June, Kiki, and Peggy graduated from Dallas’s Rayburn High School – all of them still virgins. After all, they were good girls. Years later, when the three women get together and read June’s high school diary, they joke about the sexual frustration they caused their steady boyfriends back then. That’s when Kiki makes a startling statement.

“When you think about it, and I’m only trying to be fair, we owe those guys sex.”

With bawdy jabs and tipsy laughter, they vow to track down their old boyfriends and just DO IT, which is something they definitely did NOT do back in high school. Lives intertwined, the three friends share their quest with sexy, poignant, and sometimes hilarious results.

Is each woman’s sexual I.O.U. paid in full? Will everyone get what he or she deserves? Or is this just another one of Kiki’s crazy ideas?

The best place to read the opening chapters is through Amazon’s “look inside” feature. Here’s the link:

Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the book cover to post in your comments.

I’m hoping my second book, a sweet romance titled Bluebonnets for Elly, will be re-released before the end of the year.

  15. Thanks for the opportunity! Love your cover.
You can read the first chapter of my historical romance, which is set in December 1814 in New Orleans, during the Battle of New Orleans. Next week, from Dec 21-25, To Save A Lady, will be free on Amazon. So if you like the first chapter, grab you a free copy. Book 2 is coming next year. Actually, I intended to have it done sooner but I signed a 3-book contract and I have had to put it on hold to get the other books written. Too much to do and not enough time!

This is the first chapter to my short story published in the ‘Space Kitties’ anthology. I’ve revised it since then, and my goal is to self-publish this story on my own next year and turn it into a series. Genre is sci-fi fantasy.

I think anyone who loves cats, space travel, and humor will like this story. It’s filled with faith, friendship, and fun! Here’s the blurb, and the link. ‘Join Tebbs, his sister, Kibby, and his loveable team of space cats for a rescue mission that’s out of this world.’ http://happilyindieafter.blogspot.com/p/about.html

  19. Thanks so much for the opportunity to share my story with everyone. Before I share my chapter, I want to wish you a very happy holiday.

My recent story is KNIGHT OF RAPTURE.

For months Lord Arik has been trying to find the precise spell to rescue his wife, Rebeka, but the druid knight will soon discover that reaching her four hundred years in the future is the easiest part of his quest.

Bran, the dark druid, follows Arik across the centuries, tireless in his quest for revenge. He’ll force Arik to make a choice, return to save his beloved family and home or stay in the 21st century and save Rebeka. He can’t save them both.

Rebeka Tyler has no recollection of where she’s been the past five months. On top of that, ownership of her home, Fayne Manor, is called into question. When accidents begin to happen it looks more and more like she is the target. Further complicating things is the strange man who conveniently appears wherever trouble brews—watching her, perhaps even….protecting her? Or is he a deliberate attempt to distract her? Rebeka can only be sure of one thing—her family name and manor have survived for over eleven centuries. She won’t let them fall… in any century.
